  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Add to Slow Cooker: Place the chicken, bell peppers, and pineapple in the slow cooker. Pour the sauce mixture over the top and stir to combine.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  4. Thicken the Sauce: If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix a little cornstarch with water and stir it into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  5. Serve: Serve the sweet and sour chicken over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
